You will be working with a well-regarded international platform focused on white collar, high value business.
A large and established global network of clients is available to be leveraged, with detailed insights into niche markets, a well-populated team of strong billers, and good leadership. This is your platform to build upon.
Your role will be to strategically build their contract offering. It exists today, but the vision is to strengthen it, significantly expand the headcount, and cross-pollinate relationships. The ultimate goal is to develop a multi-functional team with a strong, cohesive unit that integrates well with the existing framework.
About You
- Strong exposure to contract recruitment. Temporary experience is fine, but you should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of this business model.
- Some management experience, just a few headcounts is fine but you should be ambitious and eager to build on that.
- Niche sector coverage with a clear functional and industry focus.
