The Company and the Role
You will form part of the succession plan for a well-run, well-respected, and profitable international recruitment business. The firm operates within the senior, high-value interim and permanent recruitment market across Europe. They have strong global roots with physical offices that are well positioned across a number of markets.
The team consists of high-value, loyal, and strong billers and team leaders.
You will embark on a journey of growth: layering teams, solutions, and support components. This includes entering new markets, driving recurring income business, creating an academy, and further developing training, finance, and support functions.
The leadership team is highly entrepreneurial and is looking to bring in third-party talent to help take the business to the next level.
A senior leader based in the UK with global roots would be preferable. The directors are also open to speaking with a returnee who has not yet repatriated.
