The Opportunity
This is far more than an operational leadership position.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the firm’s future across North Asia. Working alongside an experienced consulting team, you will play a key role in winning new business while expanding existing client partnerships.
The business operates a true hunter-farmer model. As a result, your focus will extend beyond sales into the attraction, development, and retention of exceptional search professionals. The platform already offers substantial opportunity, with dormant client relationships, existing infrastructure, and capacity available from day one.

You will be a proven business builder with a track record of growing teams, developing client relationships, and delivering commercial results.
At your core, you enjoy the consultative side of recruitment. You are someone who values long-term relationships, understands how to influence senior stakeholders, and is comfortable operating in high-value, commercially significant conversations.
You will be well connected within your market and have the credibility to engage with clients and candidates at the most senior levels. Equally important, you will be comfortable navigating cross-border relationships and operating within an international environment.
The firm is open to recruiters from a range of specialisms, although experience within commercial functions would be particularly attractive. More important than sector background is the ability to build trust, develop business, and lead from the front.
