About You
You will have experience operating within a high-value recruitment or executive search environment and understand the importance of a relationship-led approach.
You are likely to have received strong professional training and developed a disciplined approach to business development, candidate engagement, and client management. You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and capable of building credibility with highly accomplished professionals.
Professional, polished, and commercially aware, you will enjoy operating in an environment where reputation, influence, and long-term relationships are key to success.
Additional language skills would be advantageous, as would experience working across international markets and delivering cross-border assignments.
