The Company and the Job
You will be the main stakeholder for the firm’s established and very strong healthcare recruitment team. The current team is a mix of medical and vendors (pharma / devices and broader ecosystem), covering both contract, permanent and outsourcing.
You will join the dots between international APAC locations, driving team strategy, maximising results through cohesion and leveraging existing relationships. You will be the knowledge fountain for trends, nuances and market news whilst working with team members and leaders on achieving their business plans.
The business is well ingrained in this market. There is tremendous cross-selling opportunity and strong brand equity.
About You
You will have deep experience in the healthcare market covering medical or vendor, ideally both. Credibility with clients and team members is critical. A strong awareness of market trends is therefore essential.
You will have good leadership experience and remain passionate about business development and client strategy. A deep exposure to the breadth of cultures in Asia Pacific is important as this is a regional role, thus demanding adaptability.
