You will inherit a strong existing team with no gaps. They are doing well, ingrained in their client base, profitable, and well organised. Your role will be to build this team, help to pioneer new clients, and bed consultants into them.
The company has a strong foothold in the contract market with all the cash and operational support to fuel it (this is unusual). The company is borderless in their regions, so you will enjoy managing a team in other locations, e.g., Singapore and emerging markets.

About You
You will come from a company that is operationally sound, e.g., good systems and processes and best practice.
Ideally, you will have some experience in interim/contract placing of high-value consultants. Exposure to technology is important, but of more importance are your leadership and operational skills.
