The company is exceptionally well positioned within the financial services executive search market, with target appointments reaching seven-figure earnings. You will operate in a candidate-driven environment, building long-term relationships and working primarily with retained clients.
About You
You will have strong experience in candidate-driven markets and be comfortable engaging with senior-level professionals.
A solid background in any niche within financial services is important, along with the willingness and adaptability to learn a new sector when required.
Language skills are beneficial, but more importantly, you will have a genuine interest in working across international markets and building global relationships.
