The Company and the Role

You will be working as part of a well-known international search firm. The group are no pretenders – they are 80% retained, with a very strong pedigree and first-class brand equity.

You will work with the existing Asia-Pacific teams in a client development role encompassing:

  1. Account management
  2. Client cross-pollination
  3. Acting as the conduit between global offices
  4. Pioneering new relationships and providing strategic oversight of existing ones

You will not be involved in execution, so this role suits someone with a strategic mindset who thrives on the client solutions side. To get the best from the team and their relationships, you will be a strong relationship builder, forging trust and credibility both internally and externally.

The role is highly regional. While the team is mostly based in Singapore, the focus is heavily on emerging markets. As such, you can be based in any of these locations, provided you bring a strong regional focus and mindset.

About You

Ideally, you will come from a search background. At a minimum, you should have held a client-facing, business development role.

You will be a strong networker, able to navigate effectively between teams.
