The Company & the Role
You will be working with a suite of international clients alongside a high-performing team of sales hunters, who are responsible for driving new business and closing contracts.
The company has recently pivoted to a hunter–farmer model in line with market trends. It is well-positioned, with a strong portfolio of international clients and deep, established relationships. You will primarily operate within financial services, focusing on technology functions.
The team is mature, with strong tenure and a diverse cultural mix. Many team members bring over 10 years of experience. The company offers a positive culture, ongoing training and development, flexibility, and the bandwidth to grow professionally. Given the strength of the client base and team, there is also an element of leadership in this role—you will help mentor and develop more junior team members.
About You
You are an experienced recruiter, whether from an in-house, agency, or consulting background. You have strong expertise in financial services and are both credible and compelling in your approach.
