The company and the job
The business is a well-positioned, owner-managed international agency. While it has its roots in Asia, it has expanded well into the West and is extremely ambitious, supported by strong years of growth against market norms.
The role is to head up their healthcare business. You will be running a team across all of the company’s portfolio of offices. These are naturally aligned with the healthcare market, strategically positioned, and fully licensed.
The business is looking for a market guru with deep insight into this market—whether on the vendor or provider side. You will be responsible for team management and builds in the HQ and across their main offices, with full shared-services, financial, and stakeholder support.
About you
You will have strong depth in the healthcare market, understand its nuances, and be credible in front of clients and in educating your team. You will have a strategic mind, good vision for how a team build should happen, and be enthused by the opportunity to own the regional P&L for this team.
