THE COMPANY AND THE JOB
Founded in Hong Kong in 2007 and with London offices established in 2010 followed by Singapore in 2011 this business is a young, dynamic, boutique Executive Search firm specialising in senior front office placements with global investment banks. The company maintains a tight focus on its key sectors and its deep knowledge and expertise in these areas has allowed the firm to compete globally in its key markets and establish itself as the “go to” provider, on a global basis, among its loyal client base. The company’s success has ensured that it features strongly in the ASIAMONEY Awards and this success has resulted in the owners launching a ‘Tech’ business across Mining and Oil & Gas to compliment their professional services offering.
This business is in need of an experienced, well organised support person to work alongside the owners and business head as a soundboard to regional decisions and to be responsible for market intelligence reports and case study research. Initially this role will be a market research type role to help steer the business in the right direction but it will then gravitate into a delivery role sourcing c-level candidates from a recruitment perspective across the buoyant markets of Mining and Oil & Gas.
ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced researcher either in a contingent environment or ideally in search. Either way you will be sharp tenacious and professional, you will be proactive in your information gathering techniques and have the ability to be credible when liaising with senior candidates. Initially for at least 6months you will be working independently with the country manager outside Singapore so it is important you have the maturity to do this. While you will share an office with 2 other members from the sister brand you will be the only representative of the brand in SE Asia for now.
