The team are well rooted and respected in their market. There is a heavy influx of roles for senior mandates. You will be a sharp recruiter with an eye for talent. You will be compelling and able to engage senior individuals. You will take the recruitment process right through to the end, with lots of client interaction but no origination. The environment is friendly, with lots of trust and freedom.
About You
You will have strong depth in the Financial Services markets. Function / industry does not matter. You will be credible and fluent in terminology, with good tenure in this space.
You will be polished and credible with a good track record of working in candidate-driven, high-value markets.
Language skills and bilingual ability are an advantage.
