The Company and The Job
The client is a large and global systems integrator/consultancy. They offer high value technology support services to global clients typically in the West, mainland Europe and the USA being key locations. Much of their service delivery is leveraged in Asia and demand has gone through the roof.
2025 will see a year of rebuild and growth with a lot of emphasis on hiring. This job is not about searching portals and getting ad responsive, you will be an effective, proactive and charismatic headhunter, able to speak to strangers who are not looking for jobs, engaging them, building relationships and trust with them and quickly drilling down to the top 1%.
You will be sourcing top quality technical and management talent and working with stakeholders around the world.
About You
- 1st class communication skills
- Strong background in recruiting in niche IT markets
- Working in candidate driven market, able to source the top 1%
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally fluent in Chinese but with good international exposure
