Internal Recruiter – Japan or Southeast Asian Base

The Company and The Job

The role will see you working on generic roles at the mid-level in Southeast Asia and or Japan. There is no functional specialization required here.

You will be managing a small team and responsible for deliverables budgets, KPIs hiring and training.

The firm is a large international business focusing on high tech with a strong and growing focus on Asia and especially in Japan and the emerging markets of Southeast Asia

About You

Good operational recruitment background. A strong multitasker able to work on volume roles and mix up functions. You will be a native Japanese speaker or as a minimum will have lived or worked in a Japanese company or country on or offshore.

Some team management experience is important.
