This is an opportunity to step into a true Managing Director role within a privately owned yet corporate environment. You will be the figurehead of a growing Japan business, looking for an impactful leader to execute an ambitious business plan.
You will undertake all corporate duties: rainmaking, account management, and a heavy emphasis on client interaction. Team building and all operational excellence will also sit within your remit.
The business has a very strong regional platform, a committed and talented leadership team, and strong brand equity.
About You
You will have a strong track record in team building, with a demonstrable background in hiring and developing people at all levels. We are looking for someone with strong depth in the Japanese market, culturally and through connections, with an on-point understanding of how the market works operationally.
You will be looking for a true leadership role where you can own a P&L, make your team your own, and work alongside an enthusiastic and committed regional leadership team.
