As a polished and credible ambassador for the brand you will be responsible for driving business development and will lead from the front in terms of billing.
Working alongside the General Manager in Shanghai, your mandate is to assume the Practice leadership of an established team of recruiters and researchers and leverage the client base to drive significant expansion. You will coach and mentor the existing team as well as hire, train and develop new talent in order to achieve ambitious growth targets in both headcount and revenues.
Together with developing the Shanghai Practice, the incumbent will be expected to take on increasing responsibility for managing existing Practice teams in the Beijing office, cross selling service offerings and engaging with the senior management team to develop and implement future strategic plans.

ABOUT YOU
You will have a minimum of three to five years progressive recruitment experience within established recruitment consultancies and a demonstrable track record of solid billings. You will have successfully managed a small team of recruiters and be ready to take the next step-up in your career progression.
Solid experience in, or exposure to, the recruitment market in mainland China is a prerequisite. Fluency English is mandatory and while Mandarin is not essential, fluency would be highly regarded.
Ideally, your recruitment expertise will have been developed within the Healthcare/Pharma or Industrial/Mfg sectors, although candidates with extensive experience in Banking/Finance recruitment will be considered. Exceptional recruiters from other disciplines should also express an interest.
Candidates with a similar recruitment consulting track record but with only one to three year’s experience in the industry are encouraged to consider the role of Managing Consultant.
