The company has a strong client base and consistently experiences demand that exceeds current delivery capacity. Your role will be to harness and optimise the delivery team’s potential. This includes overseeing training programmes, improving data management, shaping marketing strategy, and working closely with the sales team to drive alignment and performance.
You will be managing a healthy portfolio of financial services and commercial clients.
The business is well positioned for strategic growth, with strong funding and an experienced leadership team.
About You
You will bring strong experience in interim, temporary, or contract recruitment, ideally within high-value and high-margin projects.
You are an experienced stakeholder manager, a confident communicator, and have a demonstrable track record of delivery. You combine operational expertise with strategic thinking and execution.
